Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation — Slum dwelling around our house and defecating in the public

Dear Sir, there is a slum dwelling adjacent our house as construction workers and their families live in the huts here. The sanitation from defeating in the public is an issue. They wash clothes and vessels on the road and litter the whole area after eating as they throw garbage around. There is huge noise due to drilling and cutting of iron rods for construction, just outside the windows. Every day we witness immense fights due to drinking issues in the hut amount the members for 3 months now. We tried complaining many times to the owner. What is worsening is that the construction worker and the family in the hut try to film us and pick up fights if they are spoken to. I have several video clipping to support the above statements. Please help.
