The website for the bitcoin exchange has been down for over a week and they are refusing to process any withdrawals whatsoever.
Customer support is non existent with a token IVRS that leads nowhere. Numbers I've attempted to contact:

They now hold my money and my bitcoin hostage and don't have the decency to update their Twitter (https://twitter.com/Coinsecure) with any mention of when their website will be operational.
Every day that they delay is every day that I do not have access to my own money. Further to that, there is a high chance of losing my worth in investments if they fall in value.
Further to this, I tried initiating a bitcoin transaction to get my investments out of their screwed up system and the transaction never completed. Now it seems my bitcoins don't exist either on their system on in my private wallet. Upon trying to withdraw my funds, they refuse to send the email link to verify the withdrawal request and hence keep my money with them.
I believe this company is now turning to scamming people instead of earning money on transaction charges like an honest exchange.They think they can take their consumers for a ride and they should be punished for that.
