I am filing this complaint against Colive (Colife Advisory Private Limited) for non-refund of my booking amount. On 30-Sep-2026, I paid Rs 27, 000 via UPI for a room booking at Colive Richfield, Bengaluru, with move-in on 5-Oct-2026. On move-in day, the room shown to me in the video was not available and the alternatives were unacceptable, so I never moved in. On 06-Oct-2026, I sent a written refund demand for Rs 28, 005 (Rs 27, 000 + Rs 1, 005 Porter charges). No refund has been credited and the salesperson has stopped responding.
