Last month (January 2026), my name is Amit Tiwari, and I visited the office of COLLAB LUXURY RIDE’S Mohali to check a Chevrolet Cruze car.
At the time of discussion, I was offered the car at ₹1.90 lakh, and based on that commitment, I paid ₹5000 advance in cash.

After 2 days, I was suddenly informed that the final price of the car is ₹2.30 lakh, which was completely different from the earlier agreed amount.
When I refused and requested refund of my advance payment, my calls started getting ignored. Later, my number was blocked, and even WhatsApp calls/messages were not answered.

I have screenshots of conversation and call records showing the communication and sudden disconnection.
👉 According to my personal experience, communication and commitment from this dealer were not reliable.
👉 Customers should be very careful before paying any advance amount without proper written agreement.
