I enrolled for the CISI qualification through CollegeDekho’s legal entity, paying ₹1, 50, 000 (including ₹50, 000 for placement support). Despite completing all formalities, my exam has been delayed twice — earlier by four months, and now again — due to CollegeDekho’s mismanagement and poor coordination.
Repeated follow-ups with Mr. Ravikant and the SRM team via email and WhatsApp have resulted in late or no responses, leaving my exam scheduling unresolved.
