I purchased a flat from color homes ambattur. It was the worst flat I ever seen. From the beginning of construction i complained to them abt the bricks, workmanship etc. They brought workers from north who dont know nothing. I have so many pictures of all the works they have done. My flat is just 3 years old and during the recent rain everywhere it is leaking. all the walls have cracks, the walls are not straight, From the beginning onwards I have complained to them with pictures, Now I am in a very difficult situation, I dont know what to do. I have all the mails and pictures sent to them from the beginning. I am planning to go for consumer court, anybody who knows how to proceed, pls help me. My kind request for all those who is willing to buy a flat, first pls go and see the old flat which was constructed by them and speak openly to the flat owner so that you will a clear picture. Pls dont buy flats from them, it will ruin yr family.

Yes, the information provided above is correct, I had personally faced this issues, even after reviewing the comments on the website, I brought an flat in Perumbakkam, from the day one issue started for me, nothing is good and every thing they are using is of poor quality and people working are in subcontract and each contractor will build their own design and final flat will be of different, you will get good if you have luck (means got good contractor). after booking flat in color homes all the color in my life is gone. please beware of this builder, think twice before building the flat with this builder, Nothing is good here, if we ask for any change or issue, they will not respond quickly, even if they respond, they will say like we are engineering company and all the works are done by different vendors and we will follow what they say and nothing can be changed after that.. even if we ask for choice on the flooring tiles, they will say like after handover of the flat you can put the tiles of your choice, we will leave your flat without any tiles, if we consider this, they will finally give only land to us and we need to construct our house on our own for that they will get money without anything...

Very bad experience with color homes, please BEWARE of this color homes developers...
