I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had during my scheduled appointment on August 5th at 11:00 AM.
Despite arriving on time, I was made to wait for over two hours, and my turn never came. Unfortunately, due to this long delay and the lack of communication or updates from the staff, I had no choice but to leave without being able to consult the doctor.
I understand that delays can happen, but this level of disorganization and lack of consideration for patients' time is unacceptable. I kindly request that you look into this matter and take steps to improve appointment scheduling and patient communication going forward.
I would also appreciate guidance on how I can schedule my appointment ONLINE.
