I am writing to report a serious case of financial fraud committed by a company named COM.SOL.PRIVATE LIMITED, OFFICE ADDRESS Delhi 110015, Ramesh Nagar B-70 2nd floor double story opp piler no-348 Exit metro gate no.04 Landmark Above of Davar real-estate. On 04/07/2025, I was offered a job by this company after receiving an official-looking offer letter. As part of the so-called joining formalities, They were said to me deposit ₹2400 to secure the job position.

I made the payment through UPI PAYMENT ONLINE. However, after the payment was made, I received no further communication. The company has stopped responding to my calls, messages, and emails. I now realize that the offer letter and the job promise were fake and were part of a scam to extract money from job seekers.

This incident has caused not only financial loss but also significant mental stress and emotional trauma. I am worried that many other innocent individuals may become victims of the same scam.

I request your respected office to kindly investigate this matter and take strict legal action against the perpetrators to prevent further exploitation of the public. I have attached the following supporting documents for your reference:
