I have ordered lehanga from combowear.com website for cost of rs 999 +rs 100 for shipping, but instead received 3 cheap quality duppatas.
I called the customer care number for returning the product and to claim my rs 1099 which i paid for the product. Instead, they are asking for my account number and available balance in the account etc etc.
I rejected to answer those and questioned the authenticity of the website for which they replied to be a fake and proudly saying that i was saved by not giving the account details. He even let me listen to other customer discussion where he is asking for balance and if balance is low, then disconnecting the call.
I have the audio recorded for the entire conversation, i request the authorities to take action on such fraudulent websites and people Was this information helpful? |
