This complain is with reference to commander watertech pvt. Ltd who deal in flush tank for toilets have purchased pneumatic flush tank in june 2010 with 7 years guarantee due to issue with flush system we logged the call with company on 25th may 2015 call reference number 16193 when there executive visited our place they asked for 750 /- rs for part replacement & 150 /- rs visiting charges when protested suggesting product is still under guarantee he asked to call up there customer care center when we call them they suggested our product is under 7 years guarantee but for 1st year we replace part for free and for another 6 years we guarantee that company would provide service chargeable basis on there product again when protested that guarantee doesn't mean paid service guarantee they suggested that the company policy and we have pay the charge so have pay the amount as suggested.
This is clearly cheating from the company so would like highlight in this forum also there are wrong customer care number/email on there website only way i could connect with them was calling shopkeeper from were the product was purchased.
Also have called customer care and have asked them to share the number or mail were we could register my grievance after lots of request they shared email id :- [protected]@commanderwatertech.com after dropping mail only response received on 25th may 2016 that we would look into the matter and revert back in 24hours but till date there is no feedback.
