Water tax payment deducted, but no bill generated

So, I have paid my Water tax on[protected] in tnurbanepay.tn.gov.in webiste where i paid total sum of Rs.1200 .the amount or money was deducted from the account and the paymement slip was not generated of the water tax also there is no update in my account in tnurbanepay the water tax paid slip is not genertaed but the money is deducted from the account and there is no refund if there was a problem in payment .

The amount deducted from my bank payment was successful, but the receipt was not generated.

so i am raising this complaint to get a refund for my bill or else please generate my water tax bill.
