Incident:
I have been delivered with absolutely wrong product than what was ordered (I have attached Order confirmation). This product is not even on their website for sale. This is fraud website. I had ordered Dress and delivered 2 most cheap cloth pieces. Order was Cash on Delivery. I have written to their customer care and not received reply. This is online shopping site and they are fraud, They don't even have phone no. only customer care mail ID - [protected]@comovea.in.
Amount: 1500 INR
request to please take action and help refund money to all they have fraud.
