Updated by kaushik_gadhai Hi! First I would like to thank this forum that atleast I believe this forum takes up the complaints to the concerned people. Its a different story altogether as to how they respond though. I am again writing it here since others are also well aware of before taking this worst decision of going through this site and even thinking of subscribing something. I believe after the complaint here in this forum, again received couple of sms from comparedth that they have received my complain and are working on it to resolve. Again after some days received a message that my shoes are ready and will be despatched soon. I was happy at that time that atleast after so many follows and wasting my time, atleast there is some positive response. again after some days message came that my shoes are ready to despatch and will receive the POD number soon.. Then I was eagerly waiting for POD number but nothing came... At last shoes came in couple of days back.. Looking at the parcel I was happy as if I have won some battle ! Alas ! that happiness was shortlived only until I opened the parcel.. Firstly while ordering I had clearly mentioned that I wanted a number 9 shoes size to which I had received a confirmed reply also that order has been taken and will receive shoes soon. But the shoes which came were of size 7 !!! and the condition of the shoes is so pathetic that I will not give it to my maid also ! So dirty from inside and the label itself is torn !!! If photos are allowed to be posted on this site, I would have shown it !! Anyways, how can I expect a better thing from such a pathetic company experience earlier. But I would really like to know some procedure as to how to drag such companies to court so that atleast its a lesson for others and same time other customers would not suffer as I have been.
And about Dish TV, they are replying asking me to write my problems and they will try to sort out.. I believe if they hear out all the recordings of their customer care related to my experience they will know what happened. But I know they will not do this because this mail from them is just another formality as had been their response on all the complaints lodged directly to them. When they cant stand on what they said in the response on the mail to their CEO, what better can be expected from team down the line.. Only request is they should remove this "write to CEO" from their site because when you are not able to live upto what you mention, you are really spoiling the image of the company in a big way because if any of the employee down the line does something wrong then it can be taken once for granted that the particular employee was not upto the mark and hence this error happened but when after response to this mail to CEO if things go such horribly wrong than definitely the trust on the company is not only shaken but shattered.
