I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against HSA Physical Science Online Coaching for failing to deliver the services they promised during enrollment. I joined their program based on the assurance that they would provide personal mentorship, doubt clearance, and high-quality classes. However, after joining, I experienced the following issues:
They are not responding to queries or providing any meaningful doubt-clearing sessions.
The quality of the actual classes is very poor compared to their demo classes, which were evidently designed to impress prospective students.
Despite repeated attempts to reach out for support, there has been no resolution or improvement in their services.
When I requested a refund due to their failure to fulfill their commitments, they outright refused and unprofessionally stated, “You can complain to the government.” Such behavior is unacceptable and demonstrates their lack of accountability and customer care.
I am seeking a full refund of the amount paid, as the services provided are substandard and do not align with what was advertised. This is a clear case of misrepresentation and deficiency of services, and I kindly request the consumer court to take strict action against them.
