Complain About Government Aramba Sugadhara Nilayam Nurse — Not registering for RCH id card and not giving vaccination for 3 month pregnancy

Am working in reputed private bank.i got conceived second time.am having 3 years girl baby.now am at third month pregnancy.i have visited aramba sugadhara nilayam foure times for enrolling RCH id card and vaccination.they are saying particular area nurse is not available and asking to come before 11.at last yesterday I have gone to salem nesavalar colony aramba sugadhara nilyam and I took leave for this.she was asking many questions.last three years am in my mother's home since my husband was in aborad and he came here by last March and again he has gone to abroad last month..she is saying to enroll in husband's native .my aadhar address is in own house and we are staying in rented house in same area.but she told ur Adhar address in xxxx so you have to enroll in annathanapatty .she didn't even put vaccination for me.
