I am putting a complaint regarding unauthorized construction which has taken place on the ground floor at C-3/3121, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi 110070 the residence of C-3/3121 has done permanent encroachment of the garden area on the front and on the back side of her residence, which is the property of Municipal Corporation and a common area for public use, now Mrs. Indu Jaggi the owner of the resident of C-3/3121, has encroached the illegal area without the consent of South Delhi Municipal Corporation and illegal claim ownership of the land. In addtion, now a roof is getting built in front of our room which is a security issue.
On this situation, I request the concerned authority of MCD to please initiate legal action against Mrs. Indu Jaggi to stop her illegal ownership claim/remove the illegal occupancy of Municipal Corporations property and thereby unnecessary harassment to others and take necessary steps to demolish the structure erected by the flat C-3/3121, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. And tech her lesion.
