Complaint Against Relarc Fake Credit Card — Credit Card

Dear Sir / Madam,

This is to raise a complaint against the below account from Relarc, I'm not aware about this bank, and I didn't get a credit card from Relarc bank.

I have not taken any loan from Relarc, recently I came to know my Cibil score is very low from Cibil score site. Moreover, this unknown credit card mentioned above shown as opened on year 2007 with limit shown as 12000 INR, however the current balance of credit card shown as such a huge amount i.e., INR 49 lakhs above which is totally seems to be a scam.

I have tried to log a complaint under the Ombudsman scheme of RBI but unfortunately the company name is not listed out under the name of legally registered companies/banks. So, I would kindly request you to remove the below Relarc account details from my Cibil records as it is really impacting my Loan applications.

Highly appreciate if you could kindly support to remove this Relarc account details from my Cibil records.
