Complaint Against The Owner Of Hotel Sweet Home, Lal Kuan, Ghaziabad — not giving room just because of religion

I booked a room in hotel sweet home, ghaziabad. After the payment was paid, he was verifying our i'd proofs but he refused to provide room just because i am hindu and my friend is muslim. We are together with our choice. The govt. Have no problem. There is a law in our constitution that a person is free to choose his/her partner irrespective of caste, religion etc.
