I just want to let you all know that i bought 2 cctv cameras for my house from infobags technologies, no03, sri plaza, 40th cross, 4th t block, jayanagar, bangalore 560041, ([protected], [protected], [protected]) company and got the installation done from their service person. The camera was working fine for a 3months but after that one of the cameras was not capturing any images. I called the concerned person and booked a complaint. They said their person would come the very next day and rectify the problem, but nobody turned up. I kept calling them and they just said their person is coming, coming, coming — ?. Now it is almost 3 months and so far nobody has turned up to rectify the problem.
I have paid 20 k for the camera with the installation charges. During the warranty peroid itself i booked a complaint but nobody turned up. It looks like this particular company just wants their products to be sold. They are not interested in customer satisfaction or a positive feedback. Hence it is my humble request to people who are looking for cctv cameras to kindly avoid purchasing the same from infobags technologies company. They have a very very very poor custumer service and provide zero customer satifaction.

Very stringent and ethicalness company, lot of harassment to the employees by lady called Kamana.
Salary or not paid on time and properly
Employees are treated as wages worst then the garment employees
Too many harassment's in this to the employee can you please help the employees to survive atleast.
