Dear sir
I had loan account in h.d.f.c bank for 2 wheeler .and my loan has been completed 3 months back .i recevied NOC in the month of july .when i requested for the r.c book in the month of july .i didnt receive uptill nw thrice i called up customer care .they tell they will contact within evening but never respond .i dont no why they r fooling the coustmer .now the noc ceftificate valadity is over .i dont what to .so worst service these banks r .

2 wheeler — Note received my driving licence after renewal on 17.8.09.

Sir, I have renewed my driving licence for 2 wheeler on 17.8.09 (Monday), and I have paid an amount of Rs.525-00 for the same vide receipt No.1713535/09, dt.17.8.09 (DLR No.19388), Application No.AP010/73548/2009/L (Receipt No.B1/1711643). I contacted over phone No.1074 but there is no response on this number. I request you to kindly send the licence to my permanent address as mentioned in my renewal application, as I am not staying in the temprary address. I request the concerned authorities to kindly do the needful at an early date.

i given for renuwal (green tax)my rc book on 09/07/2010.(KR Puram RTO office) i have that acknowledgement.
they told we will send your address with in 10 day's. but still they have not sent. what i should do? pls help me.
