Even I was duped by these people as they told us that they are recruiting biotechnology and bioinformatics students in campus placements in the oncology research department in their BNR skin hospital, bangalore. the college management and these people together took Rs. 21000/- as first month's refundable salary deposit.All this mess happened in 2009 in my final year of engineering in Salem, tamil nadu, India. struggled a lot, but finally was duped and cheated by the thugs, the college management and the BNR director and CEO doctors together. I didn't take the money back from college management like my other friends because the travelling expences to go to my college and the expences involved would cost me the same as I was from different state. I can explain my vain during that period when I was totally submerged in dippression. We all together should take some kind of action on them to teach them a good lesson in life, to make them understand the pain of poor students like us whose parents work day and night shedding their blood in the form of sweat for our bright future. I feel sorry for the poor parents who do not utter a single word or yell at us out of love they have for us. Wish they should be punished brutally for cheating innocents like us.

File a Complaint
1) IndusInd bank check for 1 lakh, I have check bounce statement.
2) They given bond for 1year agreement for refundable deposit i.e 1 lakh.
3) They given another bond like if they didnt refund money within this date u can proceed legally and sell all my properties like that.
4) we gave a complaint to CCS police station in Hyderabad and they register case on them.I have FIR statement also.
5) But they came out from court recently because we don't know any idea on court rules.So court given clearance for them but 200 students life gone.
How can I get my money from that fellows.

He given bond for us like U can sell my property if I won't refund money like that.I have that document.His son CEO B.suryaPrasad collected all the money and given checks for us.
Please help and suggest me.I came from very poor family I have to return that money.so, please tell me, How can I get this money from them.They are very happily enjoying outside.But I am I lost my carrer and hopes on job, and upto now I can't repay money back for my relatives from 2 years onwards I am suffering for that money.
