To,
The Railway Minister,
Union of India
Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your light the pathetic condition of the ACIII compartment in the Mahabodhi Express. I happened to witness the same while I was travelling in the biogey fom Delhi to Gaya on 30.05.08. The bogey is breeding ground for cockroach, houseflies and roddents. The cockroaches were moving on the berth as if it has been allotted to them and not us. I's shocked to see rats moving here and there which would ultimately lead to epidemics. This all is because of poor maintenance and non upkeeping of the said bogeys by the staffs responsible for maintaining the same.
As I have gone through it I hope the other persons travelling in the aforementioned train shouldn't face the same pathetic condition and may praise the Indian Railway, being the biggest network in asia and being a profit making entity.
Hoping for an early and quick response.
With Regards,
