RPFC, CHENNAI OFFICE OVER LAST 3 YEARS. FORM – 13, HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TWO TIMES.

BASED ON YOUR REPLY, WE NEED TO TAKE SUITABLE ACTION.

WE KNEW, THAT THE SAID ACCOUNT NUMBER IS NOT RELATED TO YOUR OFFICES, BUT STILL
AS THE MAIL CONFIRMATION RATIFYS THAT (given below mail) FROM RPFC, CHENNAI, HAS CONFIRMED THAT THEY HAVE WRITTEN THE ATTACHED LETTER TO YOU. PLEASE MAKE A NOTE EVEN THE PINCODE WAS WRITTEN INCORRECTLY IN THE ATTACHED LETTER.

THE CORRECT postal Pincode OF the RPFC, Gurgaon OFFICES are either 122 002 or 124 001.
But it is written as 122 001.

FURTHER WE WOULD LIKE TO BRING TO YOUR KIND NOTE THAT

1. Just by Account No., the concerned officers are not able to trace the relevant office and forward the documents to the concerned Regional Office. Hence, request you to kindly do the needful so that it will not occur again to anybody.

2. We have been keep sending mails “N” No. of times, and none of those mails were addressed to Gurgaon Email address. Even from this also they were unable to guess / infer the relevant office. All our mail communications have been addressed to RPFC, Delhi (South)

3. Forwarding the Form – 13 to RPFC, Gurgaon is incorrect and a member will never know
what is happening to the application from subitted at the EPF Office, till time the work gets
completed.

4. In our opinion, that the attached letter is written to RPFC, Gurgaon with incorrect pincode, just for giving some sort of reply to the member and closing the file, by which the processing work got completed at the Regoinal PF office, though the transfer will never takes place since the letter has been addressed to some one who has got nothing to do with it. The concerned officers may try to get away from their responsibility by saying that it had happened by mistake.

If it is really happened by mistake, we appreciate your sincere efforts and request you kindly to do needful and ensure that the transfer takes place at once.

5. We are confident that you will appreciate the amount of precious time and energy invested in
it, and will do the needful at once without further delay.

We have submitted From–13 for the 1st time at the RPFC, Chennai on on June 20, 2007, till now neither the
PF amount got transferred and nor a reply from the concerned offices.

As suggested by the PF office, Chennai, Once again we have submitted Form-13 for the 2nd time at the RPFC, Chennai
on December 24, 2008, till now neither the PF amount get transferred and nor a reply from concerned offices.

We have been vigorously following with office of the RPFC, Chennai & RPFC, Delhi to find out the status on the above subject
by sending emails, (Copy of the mail confirmation from Chennai office is attached below for your kind reference) faxes and speaking to them over phone.
But all our efforts failed to fetch desired results.

It is close to 5 months is over now from the date of submission of the relevant application form.
Till now, neither the amount got transferred nor a reply from the concerned offices.

We feel confident that your kind intervention in this regard would help us in getting this Provident Fund Transfer at an early date.

repeatedly through registered post with acknowledgement due, courier & emails.

The amount of time lost in getting this transfer is not at all acceptable. It is injustice.
The members get frustrated and undergoing tremendous amount pressure causing Health Hazards because of
the quantum of money involved in it.
If we try to reach you over phone, they are very keen on disconnecting the line rather than listening to
members’ request or their issues or otherwise they just look at the official website and reply “ Your claim not received by this office “
then disconnect the line. No one can reach any of your Section Supervisors level since, it has been restricted by the Staff at the Enquiry Desk
by disconnecting the call.
Please reply at once. Just for a world of reply from your end, what is that you expect from the member / members’ representative. ?
Apart from sending 1) Letters by Regd. Post with Ack; due, 2) Couriers 3) E-mails and 4) Fax Messages.
Apart from these, is there anything else we could do, please let us know.
Mere silence, at your end creates lot o[censored]nwanted turmoil and pressure on the minds of the members owing to all sorts of
Health related problems.

As a matter of fact, you are expected to complete this within a reasonable time. Since, you can not hold / defer it to your whims and fancies
unless there is a substantial ground to do so and which you are expected to communicate the same to the concerned.

We are very concerned / serious about your reply. Since, this is the 2nd time we have submitted Form -13 and close to 5 month of time
already lost in pursuing your office.

Till now we have not heard anything from your office on the subject matter.
Please let us have an update on the same.

The amount of time lost in getting this transfer is not at all acceptable. It is injustice.
The members get frustrated and undergoing tremendous amount pressure causing Health Hazards because of
the quantum of money involved in it.


If we try to reach you over phone, they are very keen on disconnecting the line rather than listening to
members’ request or their issues or otherwise they just look at the official website and reply “ Your claim not received by this office “
then disconnect the line. No one can reach any of your Section Supervisors level since, it has been restricted by the Staff at the Enquiry Desk
by disconnecting the call.

Please reply at once. Just for a world of reply from your end, what is that you expect from the member / members’ representative. ?
Apart from sending 1) Letters by Regd. Post with Ack; due, 2) Couriers 3) E-mails and 4) Fax Messages.
Apart from these, is there anything else we could do, please let us know.

Mere silence, at your end creates lot o[censored]nwanted turmoil and pressure on the minds of the members owing to all sorts of
Health related problems.

As a matter of fact, you are expected to complete this within a reasonable time. Since, you can not hold / defer it to your whims and fancies
unless there is a substantial ground to do so and which you are expected to communicate the same to the concerned.

We are very concerned / serious about your reply. Since, this is the 2nd time we have submitted Form -13 and close to 5 month of time
already lost in pursuing your office.

Trust you will care enough to reply to this mail immediately and without further loss of time or write to us @.
