on 21st of march Rs.40 were deducted from my balance of which i complained to customer care on 25th and i was assured that it was a mistake and it will be refunde in 48-72 hrs but when i again called after the given period then i was told that a service was activated and it was the renewal charges which will not be refunded.this was again repeated on 29th march and Rs.3 was deducted as downloading charges but i didn't used net from many days and i was driving on that time and till now there is no response to my complaint.
