He taken my 25000 rs in name of project we didn't complete my project.when i called him he not recevied call and said give me more money so i complete project.even he post my number is bad website and his wife also involve in his this activity.even other developer given bug report those work he did he not ready to sort out it.

Abusive Calls — Abusive Calls From Unknown Numbers
Hello Sir,I am getting calls from +91 [protected] / +99085463 / +99085464 / +99085466 this numbers I don't know who the person is & from where did he got my number. You can those 8 digit number I am not able to understand which location the call are coming. He is using abusive language & is harrassing me for the whole day. It all started from 10 May 2011 onwards. 1st call he made was on 10may 2011 at around 1:30 PM and then he called whole day till 6 pm in the evening.again on 11th may 2011 he called me at around 4:01 pm & again on 4:13 pm and started abusing me. Use dirty languages for girls. So I want to register a complaint for the above mentioned number.Kindly help me Out.
