This is the refference of Complain against Videocon Service Centre , which Complain refference No is DEL-[protected], I have Compalin 26th of july and right now 31july , but The service centre is not taken any action against this compalin , i have 5 product of videocon , but after seeing this such kind of bad service responce from videocon, i am very much disgrace and i never suggest any concerning person to purchase videocon produst , is this way to do work from company , My AC PCB CARD AND CENCER IS NOT WORKING I HAVE PURCHASED NEW AC AND INSTALL LAST SATURDAY 24TH JULY AND I HVE FACE PROBLEM IN NEW AC LIKE THATS REMOTE IS NOT WORKING AC PCB CARD NOT FUNCTIONING AND ON DISPLAY THERE IS NO ACTAUL COOLING IS FINDING FROM MY AC , i Have compalin 4- and 5 times and talk with many person in service centre he is telling it will solved soon but , i don't know when its be solved , how much time videocon take to solve this problem , and change other pcb card and cencre , can u please sugest me what to do ,
