They never had/have employees working in that name there. Comments posted on https://www.consumercomplaints.in I have been working with AccFin for last 2 years. All the employees have healthy relations with each other and also with the management. And whatever is written by Ravi is true. The company has not paid the salary who have not performed. -K. Latha I read all the comments. I think some rival companies/individuals are purposefully doing this business. I am working for AccFin for last one and half years and I have never felt any insecurity in the office. As a female employee, I do not have any issues with the company and management. -Dipika Sharan AccFin is a reputed company and whatever is posted against it is not totally wrong. I personally know the lady employee who quit the job. She was performing very well and had no other issue regarding salary or exploitation. She had to quit because of her personal problems. -Kiran I do not agree with the comments posted against AccFin. AccFin is a very good company. And all the managerial staff is excellent...highly qualified...and following good values. I personally had a discussion with many other lady employees of the company. Unethical behavior and false promises are his forte. Run a check on the total employees he has hired and fired without salaries. Why does he hold on to degree certificates of employees? Why do 85% of the employees leave within a year? Why has all lady employees at high posts left? Why is a fresher with 1yr in experience your Assistant General Manager (Lady candidate :) ) ???? Questions for YOU to answer.
Latest update is of your office sending out threatening emails to all ex employees not to write on this forum. Even letters to this forum to remove all the threads on Accfin.
Our advice to all dealing with Accfin:
Potential Employees: If you have to join, then make sure you collect your payments on time. Do not; DO NOT give your certificates to him.
Potential Vendors: Make sure you have 100% advance with you before you provide services/products to them. Dont believe his cheques, they all bounce. They bounce with such consistency; it puts basketballs to shame :)
Potential Clients: Make sure the deliverable are clear; leave no room to ambiguity. Since you pay them; I'm sure their attitude to you should be good. You can also demand to find out if all employees are paid; thats a request; to make sure such instances are not repeated. Ask for a good team for your services and do a background search on them.
