Account Got Debited No Ticket Booked — Req for Refund

Hi,

I have booked a ticket a ticket throught IRCTC. for 1st December 2007.

from SC to VKI in Narayanadri (2734) train. I got debited my account Rs.498.00. However, i am not able to find the ticket in booked tickets.

could you please help me
