we are exporter of All Marble & Granites.we export 40-45 Containers in a month . ref. to about details I would like to inform you that we have done above shipment for our Consignee under nomination thru ACCURACY SHIPPING PVT. LTD. Gandhidham. For which forwarder allotted us CSAV line Containers.
All the Containers Reached on time but Consignee delayed to take delivery of containers.

all the Original Documents lying with us . After Few days when we checked status of the said container on website & found that containers are already delivered to the consignee without presenting original HBL & other Documents. How can Consignee Take the Delivery of the container in Absence of Original Documents. its Clearly mala fide intention of Accuracy shipping .

We informed to Mr. Vinay (Chief of Accuracy) Regarding the same matter & he assure us to take any action But After 2-3 Day He Clearly Refuse to the any Action on this matter. & Say " Do watever you Think Fit, we are not Responsible"
