Accurate Wealth Advisory co. Private Limited — Company vanished, not responding at all

one of the advisor, MR. Sarang Parate, Nagpur of Accuret wealth advisory co. private limited, which is a Nashik based company, approached me and informed me that his company manages the funds of the clients who invest in mutual funds etc. I have seleted two SIPs of 2 different companies on January-2011. But a long period almost more than 3 months passed but I did not received any communication from the company where my funds were invested. I have issued 2 cheques in the name of the company where i had planned to invest and also paid a cheque of commission to Accuret company for its upfront commision. When i did not get any message for a long time, I called upon Mr. Sarang but his mobile was not in responding. Then I called upon Nashik office where they gave me the no. of one Gaurav Banarjee who is looking after Nagpur business, they told me. After a talk to Gaurav he told me that he will mail me the position of my investment.But after repeated request, I got the details of only one investment while I made in two companies.
Now none of the contact numbers of Nashik office or the mobile no. of Mr. Sarang Parate or Mr. Gaurav Banarjee is reachable. All the phone numbers are not responding at all.
While making investment, Mr. Sarang Parate took singature on lot of papers like agreement papers. I have not received any copy of the papers.

Kindly guide me how the be free from such a CHEATING COMPANY ? Also how can I know that the invest that are being now made in one of the co., the money which is being putting in time to time, is safe ?
