We, Industrial Services, Basudevpur, PO- Khanjanchak, Haldia, W.B.-721602, Ph[protected], have purchased on 16/04/2012 a forklift model No-AF30D, Machine No-F[protected] & Engine No[protected] from Action Construction Equipment Ltd., Khatoni No-433, Min No-535, Revenue Area, Dudholla Link Road, Village Dudholla, Palwal-121102(Haryana), Phone:[protected] Lines), (Authorized Signatory in Eastern Zone Mr Supriyo Mukherjee, Chief Manager-Forklift, cell No-[protected]). For registration ACE company have issued Form 21&22 and said form was submitted by us to Registered Transport Authority, Tamluk, Purba Medinipur but RTA Tamluk informed us that ACE Ltd. got no permission to sell & make registration from West Bengal State Transport Authority. Inspite of several reminders, we have not yet got our registration due to the fault of ACE Ltd. and as a result we facing problem to utilized our above said vehicle commercially. In this way we are facing huge monitory loss as well as losing goodwill of our company too.
Moreover, for their fault we have lost our confirmed contract and bearing the huge burden of bank interest every month and depreciation cost too. Was this information helpful? |
