Advocate Vidhya Iyengar in Nerul West, Mumbai — Charged fees did not do anything

The above comment of Attorney Vidhya Iyengar is entirely false. She refuses to meet with me. She refuses to answer my calls. She is never at her office. She lives in the same complex and has two small children. I feel sorry for her. But she should not practice as an attorney and charge fees if she cannot perform on her duties as an attorney. I have filed a complaint with the the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa and the Bombay Bar Association.

first of all whatever stated by Mr, Kim singh is all false as i was assigned to draft the FIR on 28/03/2011and consultation charges with Rs.3000/-(three thousand only) and also went to CP`S office to file the FIR, Wherein the CP Mr. Ahmed javed also assured to look into this matter, but later Mr. Kim Singh disappeared for all and on 12/10/2011 sent me message that he would meet at 7.30 or 8 and at that time i was busy with my client and it was too late for me to go to CP`S OFFICE that time.For which Mr. Kim Singh started abusing me very badly .When i told him that i cant meet him and go to CP`S office with him as it is already 8.Secondly neither have i received any legal notice fees from him.And to talk rubbish just because the advocate refused to go to the CP`S OFFICE in late hours shows his attitude towards a lady advocate treating with utmost indignity .He never turned up after lodging an FIR with the CP office.Hence all allegations are false and whatever bar counsel complaint allegations is false and just to defame.Kindly remove the said false things or will report to cyber cell for wrongfully defaming me.

I agree totally with Kim. I had a very bad experience. I was able enough to ascertain her fraud activities much well in advance in my divorce proceedings and fired her. Otherwise this would have ruined me totally in life.

I advise people to stay away from her and would like more people to expose her and get her arrested.
