Dear Sir,

I am Upendrasinh R Zala would like to inform you that, i have received a letter regarding withdrawal of my pf amt from my previous employer M/s.Afcons Infrastructure ltd.wide ref no.AFC/WH/DBM/SHR/11970 dated 26-04-10 which shows that my PF form was submitted to your office on 13th May 2010 ,but as on date my PF amt has not been credited into my bank account .so I request you to please update the status and credit my PF amount as soon as possible. I have attahched forwarding letter which was submitted by my previous employer for your reference. and if you need any further clarification then please contact me on my mobile no. Pl do the needful as early as possbile

Hi,

I worked with a a company named i-solution in rohtak, I left that company in mar 08and couriered my form and documents to EPF office kandivali, Mumbai in feb09.

I was told that i would get my amount max in 2 months.But i did't get any call, any mail since then,
but no response from there.

My PF no is MH/94095/7630

Please look into matter.

Please do the needful.

I worked with a a company named I-soluction in indore, I left that company in June_08and couriered my form and documents to EPF office kandivali, Mumbai in Feb -08.

I was told that i would get my amount max in 3 months.But i did't get any call, any mail since then, they never respond over the phone(now the office phone no is out of service).

I mailed(email) them, but no response from there.

My PF no is MH/94095/1509

Please look into matter.

Please do the needful.

I was told that i would get my amount max in 3 months.But i did't get any call, any mail since then, they never respond over the phone(now the office phone no is out of service).

I mailed(email) them, but no response from there.

My PF no is MH/38820.

Please look into matter.

I had worked with Afcons Infrastructure Pvt .ltd under Employment code 305643 and my PF. no MH/4803/6356 in July 2011.I had parcel all my documents but still not get my Pf. amounts.

Do the needful please.
