[Resolved]  Against HR Department Madhucon Projects Ltd — Providing Non Gazetted Leave and harming our voting right

we mployee of Madhucon Projects, working as Cheif survey engineer, here in BR-07 Darbhanga site at NH-57 of Madhucon Projects ltd. HR Department harming our Human right by not providing Gagatted hoilday and not providing holiday during election period that why we loosing our important vote to cast.

this is hampering of our human right as per our constitution
