I too agree on this as I've face ditto kinda problem with them which is absolutely hectic.
Mr. Anmol isn't a responsible person at all, he never keeps his words.
These people don't looking like they've even studied +2 and the managements says that their vision is to empower home buyers with voice (you guys must concentrate on empowering your management).
It's just their SEO (Search engine optimization) which gives the business to them as IndiaHomes appears on google search results on the first or second page, they're going to be shut otherwise as people hate their service and after-sales support (which is the base of a company).
Maybe IndiaHomes guys should sit down together and watch 3Idiots to resolve the problem of HR and Recruitment.
As they say, "Precaution is better than cure". I'd advice everyone to stay away from them. Find other brokers (many follow the rule of no brokerage alike IndiaHomes).

I dealt with india homes 4 months back but till date I have not received my commission. I have complained many times on their mail ids but they never reply, their employees just give false commitments.
I am organizing free legal counselling and collective legal action against AGNI Propery (now called IndiaHomes: http://www.indiahomes.com).

We are looking at taking Civil action (vendor issues), Consumer Court (customer complaints) & Labour court (employee issues).
