I am get highly benefits with booking a plot in film city, I don't Believe that Jacky Shroff is with any scam or fraud, May complainer have some mistake to understand investment guide line.
NDK Sopan which is just next to Film City has developed fast while 30 months away from delivery to clients, hardly any work has happened at Ahmedabad Film City. People should claim late penalty from OM LAND Realty. There is a facebook group for Ahmedabad Film City. Let us all come together and ensure that 15 studios and all facilities promised are done.
And now they are cheating giving 35% less area over carpet. This was not told during booking. Rest of schemes give net area. Owners are sure to go to jail if society members come together and sue them.
Are they covered under RERA ? Lets all investors unite and file a complaint against the developer for refund of money with interest or possession of plots with committed infrastructure at the time of booking.
