Dear Sir/Madam,
I had Cancelled 4(four) Tickets of Air Deccan on 20th of June 2008 and i am supposed to Receive Rs.13100/- Approx. (Thirteen Thousand One Hundred Approx.). which is yet to be to be received.
Several phone Calls made to enquire about it but they only provide me with a future dates but the fact is that the refunds are yet to be ctrdited to my Account.
Due to this Delay the Ctredit Card Company has Charged me about Rs. 1100/- (One Thousand one Hundred Approx ) So far. I do not understand what to do.
Several Mails sent no Reply Received so far.
Please help in this Context.

Air Deccan — No refunds Received
Air Deccan canceled its flight "Air Deccan Flight #822 " from Kolkata to Mumbai on 30th March, 2008 but I still not receive my refund amount. Everytime I call the helpline they give the case ID and tells me that it will be done but nothing has been done as yet.
