Airports Authority of India — Registered For recruitment But did not got admit letter

i have filled an application for Jr. Executive post and paid fees also i.e. Rs 473. When i have login into my account it shows applcation under process from the last 8 months. I was not able to download my hall ticket and as a result i was not able to give exam also. So either refund my money back or tell me when i can give exam for the same. My registration number is 315520 for the post of Jr. Executive post.
