Aishwarya Homes people are cheating people and they are not taking any responsibility of sites sold by them. i have invested 10L in feb2011, and i have been waiting for the registration. I am sure this company is a cheating company, don't buy any sites from Aishwarya Homes .

This is in response with reference to Mr. Ranjit 1979 had complained that he has invested 10L in feb 2011, and has been waiting for registration. He has not mentioned the project on which he has invested and waiting for regn. We donot have any name by Ranjit 1979. on the other hand if he has surely invested let him come directly to office and have a discussion with the concerned Managers and get it solved, instead of posting a false complaint on Aishwarya Homes, Mr.Ranjit please come to office with all the doccuments pertaining to the amount paid to the company. and get it solved Donot make false complaint as it will affect the Genuine Investors

You were telling that Aishwarya Homes had the cases hearing on 4th July and 2nd August 2012 in High Court. But Actually speaking we donot have any cases pending before the High Court. Without verifying back and front of the Company how can you file false complaint against us. any one genuine investor can go and verify in the Court. Hi my name is Aishwarya Group I am from Bangalore. I am Computer Engineering graduate from Bangalore. I have got placed in leading Indian IT companies in EC. I have been working for past 2.5 years. I wanted to make an investment in Bangalore either land/flat, but after consulting some of our elders in family they said to go for a flat. I did not want to spend too much as I will be left with none and need to compromise on my wishes which I was against always. Then after some search in net and all I found this company Aishwarya Group The prices and options were quite lucrative and also they promise to give all the service after flat possession also. I visited their office with my father and we discussed about a project. Their team explained details and we were fairly satisfied. Then we raised our concerns on permissions/ Land registration amenities, meeting the promises etc. They suggested visiting their completed project in Silk-board, we visited the place and it was very close to what they have described the flat would be. This built more confidence in us. Then we decided we can go ahead with 2BHK and after good-price negotiation we have submitted the advance cheque. I am happy about this.
Aishwarya homes builder is neither available to talk on the phone nor available for face to face meeting. Marketing managers have no answers to our queries/concerns.
There is no progress in Grandhill project for the past 3 years. None of the amenities are developed as promised. Even the basic amenities like tar roads, water / electricity are not done. Now the builder has started selling plots in Grandhill Phase II cheating more people.

It is to bring to the notice of the public at large, that the property bearing Sy.No.159 measuring 2 Acres 19 Guntas and Sy.No.160 measuring 40 Acres 30 Guntas situated at Mandur Village, Bidarahalli Hobli, Bangalore East Taluk, Bangalore, with respect to the partition of the above properties - some of the co-parceners of the joint family have filed the suit before the Civil Judge (Sr Dn) Bangalore Rural District at Bangalore in OS No.1619/2005 and in the above suit the interim order was granted for not alienating the above suit scheduled properties till the disposal of the above suit. Now it has come to the knowledge in the name and style as Aishwarya Homes (Grand Hills) by creating some forged documents having cheated the public by developing the said properties as residential sites. Hence we the parties to the above suits wanting to inform the public that in future the public cannot transact with the said properties in any manner, if so they have not taken to consideration of this notice, then the actual and the absolute owners of the said properties are not responsible for future consequences. The dispute with the above property is still pending for adjudication of the rights of the parties. When such being the fact, if any buyers who purchase the aforesaid properties cannot hold absolute right over such properties. Hence the buyers should be with very much care and caution before entering into any type of agreement with respect to above said properties with Aishwarya homes.

I also have very bad experience with Mr. G. Shankar, who was having earlier a real estate company called Aishwarya shelters. I am purchasing one site in old project in resale and there is small correction in sale deed, for which we are trying to contact Mr. G. Shankar but he is not co-operating and even not available to contact. his office staff is every time next week-next week like that. Being a responsible company they should be sensitive to the buyers concerns
Everyone have written here since 2011 with no results. Why hasnt anyone registered complaint againstmr.shanke for not doing what he is supposed to do. And take action. He is actively contesting in andhra pradesh and it is the riright time to do. All talk and no work does nothing.
After lot of followup now Aishwarya homes management is ready to go ahead with cash purchase(loan will take more time) in north city phase 2 customers or adjusting in phase 1. some progress is visible after 4 years. This is just information but lets wait and watch actual date of registration.
Hi can any one suggest whether investing in AERO GRAND is safe. I am told this is BIAPPA Approved land/

Hi i had visited the North city Phase 2 site and it is with electric poles and wiring work done, but following up with Aishwarya homes management, got information that approval and to get bank loan and registration will take time...

34C/24, NAWAB YUSUF ROAD, CIVIL LINES Allahabad-211001, it has come to know that SEBI has passed an order that amount which has been collected from depositor should be returned while it has not been returned yet.
Please help whom we should contact for this kind of fraud.
