Hi,
I had purchased a ladies shoe (Item-ML298; rate-235, Disc-30%) from the Ajanta Footcare Shoeroom located at Gariahat. The very next day when my wife was wearing the shoe the upper strap got snapped. A liitle bit was left hanging. She came to the office wearing the shoe (so as to bring the same in the shop) and ultimately it snapped completely and she had tied the two flaps with a pin (safety pin). Today I had visited the store with the torn shoe and I was constantly enquired whether my wife had stumbled upon something or not. Some of the marks in the flap where pointed out which was actually the safety pin mark. Now my question is "Do we customers need to undergo this type of grilling after being humiliated by the service provided and also the quality of the shoes in Ajanta have come down to that level in which the shoe flaps are snapped with few minutes of its use". Please let me know whether I need to route this complaint further. Was this information helpful? |
