3 Years ago, I booked a flat in Hill view apartments, gurgaon. This project managed by AJS Builder. Now 3 years is already gone and they are not construct any sample flat. When I talking about the money back then they refuse it and demanding more money for 2nd installment. I have already gave 4.5 lakhs to them. What will I do, please give me the suggestion. Since there is nothing working out yet with AJS builder and we are all stuck in this project. I am planning to bring all people together who have invested in the AJS Hill View project. I am starting to form a list with details of all these people. As soon as my list reaches 100 people, we will unitedly start the fight and work out something together as per everyone's advice. It might take us some time, but if nothing works out till next June - we all must start to take severe actions instead of waiting and waiting. I am an NRI and cannot visit their office evertime, but I am surely going o come down if things will not work for another 6 mnths.
