Very worst service. The proprietor "Arul Raj" will talk nicely until we sign a contract with him. After that he will leave his words and commitment in the Air. Will not response to phone calls and will ask for more money beyond quotation and he will unnecessarily delay the work to creat mental pressure to his clients and will demand to pay extra money. Dear people, please DO NOT trust him. My case is still pending at police station and he has not finished the works and pending for over 6 months. He took our house key and absconded. He did not attend our phone calls and did not return the key. Please be careful with him.

Don't trust him very poor service. Called him up after finishing his work he is not even picking up phone and no response. Very poor customer service. He gives 7 year warranty but it's not even for month.

I read this thread before dealing with this man, Arul/Akalya Kitchen, but I took it very lightly and given my Modular Kitchen and Dining Slab work for 8 Lakhs. My last payment was made in June 2023, while my first payment was made in November 2022, so far I have paid 6 lakhs, out of 6 lakhs he made receipts for 4 lakhs only, for remaining 2 lakhs he is playing with me. Throughout this time, this individual began to display his attitude and respond negatively. I've grown weary of dealing with this man and I am beginning to feel stressed. He had at least ten visits to our location and plead to take up this work. Anyhow, I intend to file a lawsuit in a dedicated NRI cell that was just established as I am an NRI. Anyone who wants to join me with this proceeding is welcome.

Since I have given him a time until 18-August-2023 to take back his materials and refund my money 6 lakhs plus my villa key, I shall proceed the lawsuit after that.
