[Resolved]  akash gas service raipur — problems to get cylinder

sir

i am connection holder staying in bhanpuri raipur, in order to get gas cylinder follwing steps are necessary to follow -
1.connection holder has to come personally to agency to get time and date when slip will be issued by agency.
2.again on the given date person has to go to agency then they will issue slip.and on slip they will mark the time and date to get cylinder from godown.
3.then again person has to go again and again godown to get gas cylinder.

where as lot of gas cylinders are avilable in blackmarket, any one can get cylinder at any time after paying some extra money.

i would like to know wheather these rules are given by indane or they have made it themself to encorage black marketing of gas cylinder.
