I HAVE booked flat on Oct 2009 in Sidola Village Ujval apartment D-105,Ground Floor builder Name Aks Infracon Pvt Ltd.
As per agreement Flat should be handed over in 18 months that means by Feb 2011, in case of delay possession builder will pay penalty charges, but I haven’t got my flat yet and builder is also not paying any penalty charges.
I have visited hundred times to Aks Infracon Pvt Ltd offices(Crown Plaza) and building site but they keep on saying possession will start from next month and they are nothing saying about any penalty charges. I have sent mail but no reply, called them many times but they don’t even answer the call. I have already paid 80% amount by Chque
Kindly help in getting possession early and late possession penalty from Aks Infracon Pvt Ltd.. I have legal agreement document which is sufficient to file a case.
