al jalhami — call barring code

my mobile number is [protected],name is baiju from angamaly(ernakulam).but now i am in saudi arabia.now i have 125 balance in my account.i put the sim to my mobile,still i can recieve the incoming call.but i cant make the call to india and anywhere.when i make the call ,there is a messege coming(call barring activating.so please give the soulution,how can i make the out going call. i hope you can help me.
