Al Jalhami Cont & Trad Co. is the Top most worst company in Saudi Arabia, , sorry around the whole world, run by Malayalee Management and the Head is John Thomas G.M from kottayam kerala and he is very clever when he conducts interview like canvasing using BIG LIE and LAUGH like(Good Salary, Free accommodation, overtime, 2 years once leave, yearly increment but all its against like unnecessary salary cutting, iccama cutting, Fine for if we take sick leaves and Before 5 years, 2 persons were got suicide for not allowing emergency leave and will not get proper job according to our professional and very difficult to go for vacation and emergency. Once John Thomas collected everybody Certificates for to make then to come back from their vacation and finally the company got fire and now everybody is getting suffered due to the John Thomas G.M's Rule. So please my humble request. don't join this company and you have Good Future.

i think these comments are from the employees who deported to india because of their bad performance and lack of their knowledge in their respective working field.

I want to tell u some thing. If this said company is worst it will never grow up with 1800 employees and 8 branches in Saudi Arabia and one in Kuwait. And the facilities give by this company, if that also worst nobody will stay. For ur knowledge i am telling right now, as of today this company is the owner of 11 accommodation facilities to employees and 2 more for rental purpose only. And this compnay is the biggest company in Al Khafji, Saudi Arabia. I[censored] poepole have any dount, grab a visa and come to al khafji. M***** [censored]s..

Al Jalhami is the worst company I ever was seen and One man show.
Mainly Mr. John is a big fraud... Saying at interview time they will give salary + overtime but after arriving no overtime.
Working hours is too much... One more bad for this company for operators like JCB they didn't give leave and also didn't give exit.
One more is that joining time if any newcomer to this company if he forgot to bring his certificates they are torture that person for certificates for this one person is there that one is Mr. administration Officer... He is a Dog to Mr. GM. He always watching youtube. he didn't work and he polishing john and giving information for other employees silly things also.h
They send high salary people without reason. and saying Bad performance.
All malayali people polishing john.
Some are homo people also there

In the year 1999 they have ruined my life, John is the main culprit with one Nair who had interviewed me at Mumbai and taken to Saudi Arabia. They have made me work multi tasking right from Civil Engineering to Driver.
They made me work for 29 months and only paid salary of 9 months. lastly in case of emergency I had to take my own ticket and come back to Mumbai without salary and compensation for the services done.
Not all Malyallis are bad, but the worst I have sen and experienced is John Thomas and Nair they will never find peace in this universe and requesting all not to go to this company as status now also seems same as they are not at all concern of anybodies welfare but their own interest.

i am from india.kerala (Pathanamithitta). He is telling is very carat information to friends. please Don't agree any contract with this company for any job. because company management is very bad fallows (Malayali management )please Don't agree any contract please you think thousand time.
