Kindly note that Alay Design Collaborators, Frazer Town headed by Rajeev Kumar jaggi is a fraud one .They have been copying designs that are copyrighted and selling to Purvankara,Prestige and other big builders at a Premium rate showing as if they made the plans.

The person Mr. Mr Rajeev Kumar Jaggi is Fraud and cheating public by showing some plans stolen from Dubai architects .The Architects of Burj Bubai has given a case against him and he is on the run.The Design of presige Mayberry is a copied design by Rajeev Jaggi.
Tax evasion is one of the major concerns of this company .His house to be raided to recover all documents and plans that have been stolen .
Income tax Dept was informed and yet to take action against him.
Regarding Prestige builders with whom he had sent copied drawings are also in the doldrums. Selling copyrighted drawings has been his hobby .
Rajeev Jaggi took the loan to purchase a house in Bangalore. he impersonated as Kelan Singh because he owned a debt of several lakh of rupees to banks which had issued credit cards to her in the name of Rajeev Jaggi."
Since the accused had not paid up to these banks, his name had been blacklisted. So Jaggi could not avail a loan from any MNC bank under his original name.: "he was in need of money to purchase the house and hence impersonated."
In order to prove his identity as Rajeev jaggi submitted documents like a statement of ABN Amro Bank, a driving licence, LIC premium receipt, income tax return and a rent agreement. The bank sanctioned the loan. The accused purchased a flat in Frazer town. "he tried to cheat several persons on the pretext of selling her property. Be informed that this matter has been reported to CCB – Cyber Crime for Defamation & your IP address has already been traced. We are pressing for your arrest by police irrespective of your status / sex / location etc.
Its in my legal right to file a recovery suit against you for defamation, to the amount exceeding the amount you have mentioned and also press for an imprisonment amounting to 3 yrs as prescribed by IPC.
You had the option to discuss any of your grievances directly OR (which SURELY ARE NON-EXISTENT), with me since u know my address & telephone numbers so well, or with my representative or exercise your legal right through an appropriate court of law. As you have chosen this MEANEST METHOD to defame & malign my impeccable reputation & track record, you may note that, no mercy or leniency will be shown towards you. I would not like to even guess here so as to who you are (though ur address work & office has already been traced), as that is prevented by the CCB directive & my lawyer – till the matter comes up for hearing in the court of law.

I, Rajeev Kumar Jaggi, whose name & firms name has been mentioned above has been in the professional practice since 22 yrs. I declare the following:
• We have an impeccable professional record in Bangalore & South India. We have no branches in Dubai so that we could copy any designs from there. In fact our projects are a landmark in itself that stand copied but NEVER equaled. We are a firm with high repute & professional standing.
• As a student of Architecture at REC I was a University topper in my batch & have never failed in any subject in my life. The averments mentioned that I had copied in exams etc are totally false. I am also a gold medalist & University topper during my Masters programme that I pursued subsequently.
• We do work & still work for Builders whose names are mentioned above, like many others – but all our works are unique & master crafted in itself. Our projects have stood its test in time & have millions of appreciating customers & end users.
• I am a law abiding citizen & have all taxes paid till date & have never defaulted on the same & the averments of IT raid is an UTTER NONSENSE & the writer – who is impersonating under different names – will have to stand strict proof of the same.
The above declaration is self sufficient to establish me & my firm’s credentials.
Pls note my lawyers are working to prepare a case to challenge each of your representations, through a FIR, & subsequently press for your arrest under suitable law. Each of the above representations will be challenged in the court of law subsequently & you would be subjected to strict proof of the same. Alay design is a cheat company in Bangalore and he has amassed wealth disproportionate to known sources of his income . Fidaur Rahman who is a lawyer by profession has enquired and found to be true. This rajiv Jaggi is a big fraud and due to fraudulent activities several cases against him in court .
Public beware of him and his concern is already in the plagiarism list by Architects group and he and his company is blacklisted.
