Dear Mam/Sir,
I have purshased a trouser of Allen Solly ( Model -AT0D048 / Size-36) from the respective dealer ( Shop Address - Aditya Birla Nuva Ltd, Planet Fashion, One Janpath, Sriya Square, Bhubaneswar-751001, Khurda, Ph - 2380799,6545587). But within three months & after 2-3 washing, so many hole marks has been produced on the trowser. After complained the same, they sent it to their testing center. The testing center sent a report having mentioned that - "There is no problem with Febric & the quality of febric is good. The hole mark may be produced by the usages of detergent."
I am using surf Excel & not only for this particular trouser, but also for the family use. No other cloth has damaged except this trouser.
I am very disappointed to get the such type of service provided by big companies. Pls try to resolve this issue, I am ready to get checked this fabric in other test center, if it will necessary.
