This is yaqoob writing regarding the serious problems i faced at the dehli international air port.The first problem goes like this.i reached at the air port and wnt to the check in counter.
i was told that my re- entry date to riyadh has expired.I told them to recheck the date properly and i got an arrogant response which goes like this " we know better than you".Upon my insistence again and again they checked this re entry date again and it was found that the re entry date is valid.
the other problem following this problem was that they said that only 20 kgs of baggage is allowed, which was like a shock to me as my friend who came gulf air earlier were allowed a baggage of 30 kgs.As i said that my friends were allowed 30 kgs, the incharge namely mr. alavy said that we will not allow you .Go where you want to go and complaint against us we do not bother.In the mean while the security officer mr. vineet using abusive language in the local language.That was absolutely rediculous.In this competitive market with these qualifications do u think that ur airline stands any where?!
