I booked my flat with Amanora with impression that they have better quality & transparent approach. But after overall dealing with them it was such a bad experience that I cancelled my plan to book another flat with them. I will probably regret my decision to buy flat with Amanora for long long time.
1) Financial transactions/experiences are worst than small builders
2) Quality of flat is compromised & not adhered to the agreement
3) No interest paid even for the delay of 1.5 yrs
4) Staff is extremely arrogant & poor services
5) Where customer has to follow the rules they are very strict & authortive, but where they are suppose to support customer, they treat like tenants. Believe me friends you will never feel like you own the flat in Amanora, It is always the feeling of tenant. I never had such a bad experience with my rented house.
6) Overall "Nam bade aur danshar khote"
My personal experience is very bad & I will never recommend Amanora to any of my friends. Even if someone is buying I will say please be careful on money matters, time & quality of your flat. It's no more feeling than in Jail. Also, there are many hiden costs & very high maintenance compared to Magarpatta
